Q: What does it mean to be converted
A: To be saved through Christ is something that God ordained. A new creation born of Christ.
Q: How did you get converted?
A: Environment and association are two major factors that played an important role in my conversion. At the earliest stage of my undergraduate(100L) I lived in around area surrounded by churches with virtually all my friend Christians. It was quite impossible not to go church. In addition, I came from a home where my parents were not fanatic kind of Muslims who when it comes to your choice of religion. They believe in God and humanity and there was no fear whatsoever when it comes to whether you go to church or not.
Q: How has it felt since you became a Christian?
A: It's been God all the way. His ever love has paved way for me in every facet of my life. I thank God for his salvation.
Q: what has been your greatest joy and delight about being a Christian?
A: Knowing fully well that that my tomorrow will greater than the today with Christ. The assurance of the kingdom in Christ Jesus.
Q: Have you faced any persecution from your new belief?
A: No, I haven’t. The kind of family I come from have been a leverage and I haven't been pushed over despite my religion.
Q: Can you share what is distinct between Islam and Christianity?
A: JESUS CHRIST. Freedom in Christ Jesus. His death for mankind salvation is something that you can't find anywhere
Q: What can you say to encourage new converts who are scared to publicly declare their conversion?
A: Face your fear
